My name is Al Paris, owner of ProTech Property Inspections. I personally have over 30 years of experience in the Residential and Commercial Construction and Design industry. I also, hold a Technical Degree in Structural Engineering and have held various positions in Plant Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Plant Operations and General Management.

In addition, I hold Trade Certificates in Heating/Ventilation/Air Conditioning, Plumbing Design, Electrical Testing, Lean Manufacturing, Code Compliance and Quality College.

Furthermore, I have been inspecting homes since 1980 and have performed Thousands of inspections on various types of construction, ranging form Conventional through Manufactured Housing.

I am also a Licensed Florida Realtor and hold additional designations as Professional Residential Manager (PRM) and Community Association Manager (CAM).

I proudly served my county in the United States Marine Corps, therefore I understand the meaning of words like, Dedication, Reliabilty, Teamwork, Thoroughness, Effectiveness, Quality Assurance, High Standards and Professionalism.
